Based in Dallas Texas, Cendien is a consulting firm, providing services to a wide range of north American clients with a focused on delivering outstanding and exceptional expertise. The firm is looking for Infor Lawson Payroll Consultant who want to join an experienced team of consultants.

Domain: Healthcare Vertical

Begin Date–8/21/2017

End Date–7/31/2018

Length: 6+ months

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze business needs, touch points and requirements across HCM, Payroll for United States
  • Assist with kickoffs, requirement gathering and knowledge transfer sessions that provide clarity and direction aligned with Infor Lawson deployment methodology, always considering current needs and rolling adoption
  • Test and deploy Infor Lawson system; including executing the pilot/implementation/deployment of new requirements or enhancements to the Infor Lawson application and integration support
  • Set up and use project management processes/systems across work streams including planning of life cycle of the project, identifying key project activities and milestones, etc.
  • Engage with customer project managers, defining customer strategies and requirements, guide customers through the implementation process, configure the application according to customer requirements, develop data conversion plans
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality services and products to customers
  • Work with customer to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframe

Qualifications:

  • Expert-level proficiency and Infor Lawson certified in one or more functional areas (HCM, Payroll for United States, Canada)
  • Minimum 2 years Infor Lawson experience working on an HRIS team or equivalent Infor Lawson certified consulting is a plus
  • Experience with one or more systems (Infor Lawson, ADP, Kronos or other traditional Payroll/ERP Management Systems)
  • Current/Previous functional HR capacity a plus
  • Solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions and processes
  • Knowledge of leading project management methodologies (Agile and SDLC)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 4 year College degree
