What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting process including; talent research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendations, negotiation & acceptance
  • Partner strategically with hiring managers to set expectations and develop interview processes that lead to quality hires
  • Improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategies to find top talent
  • Utilize reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results
  • Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience collaborating successfully with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview process, and interview assessment
  • Experience recruiting for a high volume and variety of roles and levels
  • Experience establishing partnerships with cross-functional teams (Recruiting, HR, Compensation)
  • Ability to utilize data to influence the business and backup recruiting goals and projections
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates via ATS and Linkedin Recruiter

Primary Job Functions:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical openings, from sourcing to on-boarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify qualified candidates
  • Maintain the internal job posting process; manager communication to hiring managers and employees on status of open positions
  • Work with management team to define roles, including the definition of job purpose, responsibilities, measure of success and competencies for every position
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Conduct introductory calls, phone interviews, and face-to-face interviews
  • Source potential and passive candidates through social media, internet sourcing, and direct outreach
  • Support new-hire onboarding processes
  • Understand the needs/skills of the position to be filled and partner with hiring managers on a variety of openings
  • Work with company leaders to develop workforce and talent acquisition plans for each fiscal year.

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years of IT and technical staffing experience
  • Competitive, ambitious, and goal-oriented
  • Solid organization and time-management skills
  • Comfortable participating in IT networking groups and job fairs
  • Ability to work remotely and produce results
