An introduction into the Oracle Virtual Asistants.
The Oracle Virtual Assistant (OVA) is a natural language-based cloud service designed to support best-in-class, application specific interactions. Designed from the ground up to be enabled out-of-the-box for our major applications (like service and support), it can deliver complex engagements based on deep data dips into core business objects, and works with customer’s knowledge for responding to typical “FAQ” type questions. OVA can also intelligently escalate to a live agent with our integration to Oracle Service Cloud, supporting a variety of additional use cases. The demonstrations today will focus on our ability to deliver a product which can be used by our customers without resorting to expensive consulting or linguistic services. We think that a typical knowledge worker, with minimal training, can manage, tune, and enhance the capabilities of the OVA.
