What is the minimum commitment?

Ten hours a week, billed every four weeks, on a three-year term with two optional years. You can raise your hours at any time to move to a lower rate.

Yes. You review resumes, interview and approve every consultant assigned to your account, and no one is substituted without your consent.

How much do Infor managed services cost?

Cendien prices Infor managed services by the hour with a weekly commitment: $175 per hour for 10 to 19 hours a week, $170 for 20 to 39 hours, and $165 for 40 hours or more, billed every four weeks. A 20-hour-a-week Standard package is $13,600 per 4-week period, about $176,800 a year. Terms run three years with two optional years, and project work can run alongside at the same rate.
